    Taking Jinjiang Wudian City Tourism Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as the research object, we use the case study method to explore the intelligent management system design scheme of the tourism cultural and creative industrial park, and through field interviews, data collection, data coding and result analysis, we deeply analyze the tourism cultural and creative industrial park in Jinjiang Wudian City. Through the methods of field interviews, data collection, coding and result analysis, we analyze the management subjects and components of the management mode of Wudian City Tourism and Creative Industry Park in Jinjiang and identify its existing management mode. On this basis, it embeds technical elements of wisdom tourism, subdivides wisdom management composition modules of tourism cultural and creative industrial park, and finally forms a complete wisdom tourism management system of tourism cultural and creative industrial park

    Maneuvering Star-Convex Extended Target Tracking Based on Modified Expected- Mode Augmentation Algorithm

    In utilizing a variable-structure multiple-model (VSMM) algorithm for kinematic state estimation, the core step is the model set design. This study aims to refine the existing expected-mode augmentation (EMA) algorithm, a method of model set design. First, the OTSU algorithm is employed to determine an adaptive threshold, which in turn allows for a reasonable partition of the basic model set. Next, a subset of possible models is preserved, reactivating models adjacent to the one with the highest prediction probability, eliminating improbable models, and yielding an augmented expected mode. Additionally, the study leverages the translation properties of radial functions and inverse trigonometric function formulas to derive a maneuvering model for star- convex extended targets under uniformly accelerated conditions. In order to assess the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and the validity of the established maneuvering model, simulation experiments were carried out in both fixed and random scenarios. The proposed algorithm demonstrates improved performance when compared to the interactive multiple-model algorithm and the unmodified EMA algorithm

    Does rDLPFC activity alter trust? Evidence from a tDCS study

    Trust plays an important role in the human economy and people’s social lives. Trust is affected by various factors and is related to many brain regions, such as the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC). However, few studies have focused on the impact of the DLPFC on trust through transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), although abundant psychology and neuroscience studies have theoretically discussed the possible link between DLPFC activity and trust. In the present study, we aimed to provide evidence of a causal relationship between the rDLPFC and trust behavior by conducting multiple rounds of the classical trust game and applying tDCS over the rDLPFC. We found that overall, anodal stimulation increased trust compared with cathodal stimulation and sham stimulation, while the results in different stages were not completely the same. Our work indicates a causal relationship between rDLPFC excitability and trust behavior and provides a new direction for future research

    Fund for Shared Insight ("Shared Insight") is a collaborative effort among fundersthat pools financial and other resources to make grants to improve philanthropy. Shared Insight believes philanthropy can have a greater social and environmental impact if foundations and nonprofits listen to the people they seek to help, act on what they hear, and openly share what they learn.Related to feedback loops, Shared Insight's work is focused on increasingthe extent to which foundations listen to others—especially the people they seek to help—and respond to their expressed interests. When Shared Insight talks about "the people they seek to help," they are referring to the individuals who receive programs and services from nonprofit organizations; for example, the students served by charter schools, the recently released prisoners benefiting from job-training services, and the low-income first-time mothers participating in prenatal through birth programs.Over the next three years, Shared Insight would hope to see changes in the amount and kind of discourse in the field related tobeneficiary feedback loops. In the summer of 2015, one year since the launch of the collaborative, ORS Impact repeated a media analysis of relevant blogs, periodicals, and reports. The following memo outlines changes in the amount and kind of discourse in the field around feedback loops compared to the year before Shared Insight launched. We raise a few observations and considerations. More detailed methodological notes follow

    The synthesis of Co 3 O 4 /C composite with aloe juice as the carbon aerogel substrate for asymmetric supercapacitors

    Abstract(#br)Transition metal oxide (TMO)-based 3D hollow nanocomposites with a high loading capacity, large specific surface area, and good dispersity have gained considerable attention for energy-related applications. The controllable fabrication of TMO-based hollow nanostructures with adequate mass transfer channels through a simple and eco-friendly method is highly desirable. Herein, 3D net-like Co 3 O 4 /C composites were solvothermally fabricated and calcined using aloe juice as a novel carbon substrate. The as-prepared material showed a specific capacitance of 1345.2 F g −1 at 1 A g −1 and excellent charge–discharge stability with capacitance retention of 92.7% after 10000 cycles. Moreover, an asymmetric supercapacitor composed of an ALC-700 positive electrode and an active-carbon negative electrode exhibited a high energy density of 68.17 Wh⋅kg −1 at 549 W kg −1 and excellent cycling performance. We report the first use of carbonized aloe juice as a carbon matrix to obtain a 3D hierarchical porous structure for energy devices.     Efficacy and safety comparison of esketamine-propofol with nalbuphine-propofol for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in children: a multi-center randomized controlled trial

    Background and AimsAnesthetics such as propofol, esketamine and nalbuphine are used during the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to achieve and maintain the desired sedation level. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of propofol-nalbuphine and propofol-esketamine in children.MethodsA multi-centered study was performed at three tertiary class-A hospitals. Children between 3 and 12 years old undergoing diagnostic painless upper gastrointestinal endoscopy were included and randomly divided into esketamine or nalbuphine group to estimate the primary outcome of successful endoscope insertion. The patients were given esketamine 0.5 mg/kg and propofol 2 mg/kg intravenously in esketamine group, with nalbuphine 0.2 mg/kg and propofol 2 mg/kg in the nalbuphine group. The primary outcome was success rate for the first attempt of endoscope insertion in each group. Secondary outcomes included the safety of both anesthesia regimens and gastroenterologist's satisfaction. We used the Face, Leg, Activity, Cry and Consolability (FLACC) scale to evaluate the level of pain before and during the procedure and the Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium (PAED) scale to assess the level of agitation and delirium after awakening from anesthesia.ResultsAmong 246 patients, 200 were randomly included in the final intention-to-treat analysis, with 100 patients in each group. The success rate for the first attempt of endoscope insertion in the esketamine group was higher than the nalbuphine group (97% vs. 66%; P < 0.01). The heart rate and mean arterial pressure after intraoperative administration in the esketamine group were higher than those in the nalbuphine group, while the delirium incidence during awakening was higher in esketamine group (all P < 0.05).ConclusionThe success rate for the first attempt of endoscope insertion of children undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in the esketamine group was higher than the nalbuphine group, propofol-related hemodynamic changes were reduced accordingly, while the incidence of esketamine-related adverse effects could be high.Clinical Trial RegistrationChinese Clinical Trial Registry: ChiCTR2000040500

    Inappropriate Activation of TLR4/NF-κB is a Cause of Heart Failure

    Significance: Heart failure, a disease with extremely high incidence, is closely associated with inflammation and oxidative stress. The Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of heart failure. Recent advances: Previous studies have shown that TLR4/NF-κB causes heart failure by inducing oxidative stress and inflammation; damaging the endothelia; promoting fibrosis; and inducing myocardial hypertrophy, apoptosis, pyroptosis, and autophagy. Critical issues: Understanding the pathogenesis of heart failure is essential for the treatment of this disease. In this review, we outline the mechanisms underlying TLR4/NF-κB pathway-mediated heart failure and discuss drugs that alleviate heart failure by regulating the TLR4/NF-κB pathway. Future directions: During TLR4/NF-κB overactivation, interventions targeting specific receptor antagonists may effectively alleviate heart failure, thus providing a basis for the development of new anti-heart failure drugs

    Astragalus Granule Prevents Ca 2+

    Background. Astragalus was broadly used for treating heart failure (HF) and arrhythmias in East Asia for thousands of years. Astragalus granule (AG), extracted from Astragalus, shows beneficial effect on the treatment of HF in clinical research. We hypothesized that administration of AG prevents the remodeling of L-type Ca2+ current (ICa-L) in HF mice by the downregulation of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII). Methods. HF mice were induced by thoracic aortic constriction (TAC). After 4 weeks of AG treatment, cardiac function and QT interval were evaluated. Single cardiac ventricular myocyte was then isolated and whole-cell patch clamp was used to record action potential (AP) and ICa-L. The expressions of L-type calcium channel alpha 1C subunit (Cav1.2), CaMKII, and phosphorylated protein kinase A (p-PKA) were examined by western blot. Results. The failing heart manifested distinct electrical remodeling including prolonged repolarization time and altered ICa-L kinetics. AG treatment attenuated this electrical remodeling, supported by AG-related shortened repolarization time, decreased peak ICa-L, accelerated ICa-L inactivation, and positive frequency-dependent ICa-L facilitation. In addition, AG treatment suppressed the overexpression of CaMKII, but not p-PKA, in the failing heart. Conclusion. AG treatment protected the failing heart against electrical remodeling and ICa-L remodeling by downregulating CaMKII
